Regional Director – South East Asia & Sri Lanka

About the role

The Regional Director will lead commercial performance, market development and execution across South East Asia and Sri Lanka for Martin Dow, a fast‑growing healthcare company. Reporting to International Business leadership, you will own the P&L, drive revenue growth and expand the company’s footprint in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement country‑specific commercial strategies aligned with International Business objectives.
• Own revenue targets, create operating rhythms for business reviews, pipeline and field productivity tracking.
• Implement sales‑force effectiveness processes, KPIs, territory alignment and incentive plans.
• Identify growth opportunities across customer segments, geographic expansion and product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data Analytics, Regulatory and Operations to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
• Lead and develop country leadership and sales teams, strengthening execution capability and performance management.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion in healthcare or related sectors.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Regulatory and Operations.
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution discipline.
