Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist

About the role

WeatherFolds Pharmaceutical is seeking a full‑time Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist to join its Rawalpindi site. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and submitting regulatory dossiers for product registrations, variations and renewals, ensuring compliance with local and international requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation and dossiers for product approvals.
• Monitor regulatory updates and interpret their impact on labeling, packaging and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate regulatory records, databases and documentation control systems.
• Collaborate with QA, production, R&D and marketing to support product lifecycle management.
• Participate in internal audits, support regulatory inspections and contribute to SOP development.

Required profile

• Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D or B.Pharm) from an accredited institution with eligibility to practice.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, including preparation of registration files and submissions.
• Strong understanding of national drug laws, guidelines and relevant international standards.
• Excellent written communication for drafting regulatory documents and interacting with authorities.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with documentation control, SOP development and audit support is an advantage.
