Relationship Manager – Consumer, SME & Corporate Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager will be based in Punjab, Pakistan and will develop strong, Shari’ah‑compliant relationships with customers across Consumer, SME and Corporate segments. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored financial solutions while supporting the bank’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and meet customers' banking and financial needs in line with Shari’ah principles.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, monitor account performance and provide customized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Achieve sales and service targets and drive business growth opportunities.
• Provide advisory support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven relationship‑building, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Consumer, SME and Corporate financial products.
• Knowledge of Shari’ah‑compliant banking principles.
• Experience in sales and business‑development targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Ability to manage a diverse client portfolio and deliver tailored solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and collaboration abilities.
• Previous banking experience, especially in Islamic banking, is an advantage.
