Remote Call Screening Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Call Screening Representative to join our fast‑growing hiring team. In this fully remote position you will engage with job applicants, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to job applicants each day.
• Conduct structured phone screenings using predefined scripts and qualification criteria.
• Introduce candidates to available opportunities and answer basic questions.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring teams.
• Update candidate records and notes in CRM and ATS platforms.
• Meet daily outreach and scheduling targets.
• Collaborate with recruiters and leadership on hiring priorities.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable computer, mobile device, internet connection, and backup option.
• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
• Previous experience in customer service, recruiting, or call‑center environments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
