About the role

We are looking for a Remote Candidate Calling Specialist to engage with job applicants, conduct phone screenings, and help coordinate interviews. The role supports our recruitment team by ensuring a smooth candidate experience during the early stages of hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Contact candidates about open positions and provide relevant information.
• Conduct phone screenings and qualification interviews to assess fit.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and update calendars.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and CRM systems.
• Follow up with applicants regarding next steps and keep them informed.
• Meet daily communication and scheduling targets.
• Assist recruitment operations as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable spending most of the workday on calls.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous recruiting or customer service experience preferred.
• Self‑driven, dependable, and reliable home office setup.
