About the role
We are looking for a Remote Candidate Coordinator to support our growing remote team by managing candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews and follow‑up calls.
- Maintain accurate ATS and CRM candidate records.
- Assist recruiters with applicant tracking and updates.
- Ensure timely responses to candidate inquiries.
- Support recruitment operations and scheduling tasks.
- Help maintain positive hiring experiences.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple candidate conversations daily.
- Prior recruiting or customer support experience preferred.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and reliable home office setup.
