Remote Construction Estimator

About the role

Roomi Group Corporation is looking for a motivated Construction Estimator to join its fully remote team. This position is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in construction estimating who want to work from anywhere while supporting diverse client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and client communications to define scope and requirements.
• Use estimating software and tools to produce take‑offs and proposals following company SOPs.
• Identify risks and challenges that could affect project costs and schedules.
• Respond to client requests for breakouts, schedules of values, value engineering, pricing adjustments, escalations, and related scenarios.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field.
• Minimum three years of verifiable experience as an estimator or daily blueprint reader.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and precision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with estimating software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Word and PDF readers.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting construction blueprints.
