Remote Construction Estimator

About the role

Roomi Group Corporation is looking for a remote Construction Estimator to join its team. This position is suitable for candidates with entry‑to‑intermediate experience who can accurately assess project costs and support client communications.

Key responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and client communications to define scope and requirements.
• Use estimating software and tools to produce take‑offs and proposals following company SOPs.
• Identify potential risks and challenges that could affect project costs and schedules.
• Respond to client requests for breakouts, schedules of values (SOVs), value engineering (VE), pricing adjustments, escalations, and related scenarios.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years verifiable experience as an estimator or daily blueprint reader.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and precision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
