About the role
We are seeking a motivated Remote Customer Success Associate to join our growing virtual team. In this position you will engage warm leads, provide information about scheduled consultations, and book appointments for licensed insurance professionals across the United States. The role offers structured virtual training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in a fast‑paced, high‑call‑volume environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls using the company’s dialer system.
- Communicate professionally with prospective customers and answer their questions.
- Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents directly into their calendars.
- Follow call scripts and communication guidelines accurately.
- Handle objections while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Update lead statuses and notes in the CRM system.
- Meet daily activity metrics and appointment‑setting goals.
- Participate in remote team meetings, coaching sessions, and training workshops.
Required profile
- Strong English verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a high‑call‑volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM software.
- Familiarity with dialer systems for outbound calling.
