About the role

We are seeking motivated, customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Remote Lead Engagement Specialists. In this fully remote position you will contact prospective clients, create positive first impressions, and coordinate appointments for licensed insurance professionals across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and engage them professionally.
• Explain appointment details and schedule consultations using the company’s scheduling system.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Follow approved scripts and communication workflows, handling objections confidently.
• Achieve outreach, booking and productivity targets consistently.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the workday.
• Organised, able to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable computer equipment and high‑speed internet connection.
• Previous experience in customer engagement, lead generation or call‑center support is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
