Remote Dialer Agent

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Dialer Agents. In this fully remote position you will make outbound calls, engage prospective customers, and help schedule appointments for licensed insurance professionals across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using the company’s dialer technology.
• Communicate appointment details clearly to leads.
• Schedule appointments and keep calendars up to date.
• Document interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow approved scripts and quality guidelines.
• Achieve performance targets for call volume and appointments booked.
• Participate in remote training and coaching sessions.
• Support additional outreach activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and phone handling abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and computer equipment.
• Organized with effective time‑management skills.
• Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Previous outbound calling or call‑center experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt.
