Remote Dubai Real Estate Sales Consultant – Commission Only

About the role

This full‑time remote position involves selling Dubai real‑estate properties on a commission‑only basis. The consultant will work from anywhere, engaging with clients virtually and guiding them through buying, selling, and rental processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads for Dubai properties.
• Conduct virtual property consultations and guide clients through buying, selling, and rental processes.
• Manage sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Present property options and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Stay informed about Dubai market trends and maintain accurate client records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real estate or high‑value consultative sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently on a commission‑only basis.
• Eligibility to work with Dubai real estate clients and adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Lead generation, negotiation and closing deals.
• Customer relationship management and effective communication.
• Knowledge of Dubai property markets, investment concepts and regulations.
• Comfort with remote work tools, CRM systems and online property marketing platforms.
