Business Development Manager

About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real‑estate portal, is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across its digital property platform. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships and expand the client base in the residential and commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate potential clients, investors and partners in the real‑estate sector.
• Develop and implement lead‑generation strategies for residential, commercial and mixed‑use properties.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, tailoring property solutions to meet investment goals.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, competitor activity and new investment opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and pitches for high‑value projects and represent Zameen.com at networking events and industry conferences.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–7 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
