About the role

We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Remote Interview Booking Agents. In this position you will connect with prospective customers via outbound calls, schedule appointments for licensed insurance professionals, and help keep our scheduling pipeline efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to warm and prospective leads.
• Schedule consultations and appointments using internal systems.
• Verify customer information and appointment availability.
• Follow approved call scripts and communication processes.
• Accurately update CRM records and log call outcomes.
• Meet daily outreach and scheduling performance metrics.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Participate in remote coaching sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, customer support, or call‑center environments is a plus.
