Remote ISO Consultant (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)

About the role

Kabeer Co connects remote professionals from Pakistan with companies in Saudi Arabia. It is building a pool of experienced ISO and quality professionals who work fully remotely during Saudi business hours, supporting clients' day-to-day operations. This is a full-time contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation
• Plan and run internal audits and document the findings
• Keep the quality manual and related procedures up to date
• Track corrective actions through to closure
• Liaise with certification bodies before and during external audits
• Run gap analyses against the requirements of each standard
• Prepare inputs and materials for management reviews
• Coordinate staff training on quality and management-system requirements
• Contribute to a monthly ISO audit-readiness and corrective-action report

Required profile

• Based in Pakistan, with 3+ years of hands-on experience with ISO management systems (ISO 9001 required; ISO 14001 or 45001 a strong plus)
• ISO Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification preferred
• Experience preparing organisations for certification or surveillance audits
• Clear written and spoken English (Arabic a plus); experience with Saudi or GCC organisations is an advantage
• Reliable internet connection and a home workspace; available Sunday to Thursday during Saudi working hours
