Remote LLM Agentic Trainer (Programming)

About the role

Turing is seeking a remote programmer to act as an LLM Agentic Trainer. You will validate large‑scale training datasets and ensure they meet the high quality standards required for cutting‑edge agentic AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and maintain quality of large training datasets used for LLM agentic models.
• Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function‑calling workflows.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to align data with specific agentic use cases.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple projects.
• Document best practices and contribute to dataset preparation guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.).
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Experience handling JSON data structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on data quality.
• Interest or exposure to agentic AI, LLMs, or NLP.
