Remote Part‑Time Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Project Manager to lead client projects remotely. You will ensure timelines, budgets and deliverables are met while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align project objectives.
• Monitor project progress through regular updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a tech or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with remote teams across different time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
