About the role

We are looking for a Remote Phone Interviewer to join our recruitment team. In this full‑time position you will conduct structured phone interviews with candidates, evaluate their qualifications and help move them through the hiring process—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured phone interviews with candidates and assess communication skills and work experience.
• Explain available job opportunities and the hiring process to candidates.
• Schedule qualified candidates for subsequent interview stages.
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Meet daily interview and outreach targets.
• Support recruiters with hiring coordination and related tasks.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone interviews.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Prior interviewing or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable technology.
