Remote Quran Teacher (Tajweed & Nazra) – UK Shift

About the role

Online Quran Learnings is looking for a dedicated Tajweed and Nazra teacher to deliver structured, engaging Quran lessons to students remotely. The role focuses on improving recitation, pronunciation, and understanding of Tajweed rules for learners of various ages and skill levels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live online Quran and Tajweed classes for students at different learning levels.
• Teach correct pronunciation, articulation points, and Tajweed rules such as Noon Saakin, Meem Saakin, Madd, and Qalqalah.
• Assess student progress, adapt lesson plans, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain punctuality, professional conduct, and a supportive virtual classroom environment.
• Record attendance and communicate progress updates through the employer’s systems.

Required profile

• Strong command of Quran recitation with practical application of Tajweed rules.
• Clear makharij and ability to identify and correct student errors.
• Patient, encouraging communication style, especially with children and beginners.
• Fluent in Urdu and functional English for coordination with students and parents.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment.
