Remote Recruiter – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Remote Recruiter to join a global staffing leader. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing to offer, while partnering with hiring managers across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, follow‑ups and feedback loops between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and staffing plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for engaging candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage recruitment data efficiently.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Boolean search techniques.
