Remote Sales Calling Agent – Call Center Executive

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our remote sales team as Sales Calling Agents. In this role you will engage potential customers over the phone, promote our products and services, and convert leads into sales—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers during scheduled shifts.
• Present and sell company offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Follow up on leads, answer queries, and nurture relationships.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout each call.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by management.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to persuade.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, call‑center, or sales is preferred, but fresh graduates with good English are welcome.
• Confidence, professionalism and ability to work under target pressure.
