Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. You will be responsible for finding, qualifying, and booking meetings with high‑value prospects, acting as the engine at the front of our sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to identify decision‑makers.
• Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects to determine fit for our services.
• Maintain an organized CRM, update lead statuses, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team and track pipeline metrics.
• Handle objections and navigate standard rejections with resilience.

Required profile

• Flawless English communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong active‑listening and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑starter with high daily output in a 100% remote environment.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Ability to manage frequent rejection while maintaining momentum.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with sales outreach tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proficiency in using email and LinkedIn for lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of pipeline management and reporting.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and time‑management tools.
