Remote SEO Assistant – eCommerce Focus

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a remote SEO Assistant to support eCommerce brands in improving their online visibility. You will collaborate with the SEO and Marketing teams to execute data‑driven optimization strategies that drive traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Perform SEO audits, keyword research, and on‑page content optimization.
• Assist with backlink outreach and monitor site performance using Google Analytics.
• Manage product catalogs, site architecture, and updates within the Shopify CMS.
• Analyze customer behavior and engagement using Klaviyo.
• Generate regular performance reports and stay current on SEO trends.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of SEO experience in an eCommerce environment.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, remote setting.
• Strong written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Excel.
• Experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Merchant Center (preferred).
• Basic design ability with tools such as Canva (a plus).
