Remote Slack Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Slack Support Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. You will administer and optimize Slack workspaces, build workflow automations, and integrate Slack with other business tools to improve team collaboration and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage Slack workspaces, including user permissions, channel structures, and settings.
• Create and maintain workflow automations using Slack’s Workflow Builder or equivalent tools.
• Integrate Slack with third‑party applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and CRM platforms.
• Deliver remote training and onboarding sessions for new Slack users.
• Analyze usage metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and optimize workspace performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Slack workspaces at the user level.
• Hands‑on ability to build workflow automations within Slack.
• Experience connecting Slack with external tools and platforms.
• Strong remote training and documentation skills.
• Analytical mindset for reviewing usage data and suggesting enhancements.
