Reporting Dashboard Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Reporting Dashboard Developer to join our Islamabad office. The role focuses on building automated, reusable data pipelines and visual dashboards that support business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate business requirements for reporting solutions.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports using MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau and PowerBI.
• Perform data analysis and statistical visualisation to uncover market opportunities.
• Write efficient SQL queries, create ETL jobs and expand the data mart.
• Provide insights on customer behaviour and operational costs to maximise profit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Statistics, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, dashboard creation and data analysis.
• Strong communication and written skills.

Required skills

• SQL (strong programming experience).
• Tableau (mandatory).
• PowerBI.
• MS Excel and PivotTable.
• ETL processes and data integration.
• Data visualisation and analysis techniques.
