Restaurant Manager – Food Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of a busy food‑chain outlet in Karachi. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant activities to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, schedule, and train front‑of‑house staff.
• Handle customer complaints and uphold high service standards.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and POS transactions against targets.
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and reduce wastage.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to guarantee food quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational and sales reports.
• Implement company SOPs and continuously improve restaurant performance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations.
• Previous role as Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, or Outlet Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
