Retail Customer Success Manager

About the role

NIQ is seeking a Retail Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic partner for key retail clients across the region. The role focuses on delivering an analytics‑driven experience, leading high‑impact engagements and strengthening long‑term partnerships within the MEA market.

Key responsibilities

• Own senior‑level client relationships, manage executive engagement and drive strategic service direction.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, top‑to‑top client reviews and NPS programs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities, support renewals, RFPs and commercial proposals, and maintain pipeline health.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure best‑in‑class delivery and governance.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in CPG, retail, market research or analytics‑driven roles.
• Proven track record in senior stakeholder management, revenue growth and client expansion.
• Strong consultative mindset with strategic problem‑solving abilities.
• Master’s degree (MBA preferred) is a plus.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in analytics solutions such as POS, Panel or SA&I.
• Experience using AI‑enabled analytics tools for rapid insight delivery.
