Retail Sales Associate – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Retail Sales Associate will work on the shop floor of Classic Ceramics in DHA Phase 8, Karachi, assisting walk‑in customers, answering queries and promoting the product range. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and achieving individual sales targets without any team‑management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Apply up‑selling and cross‑selling techniques to increase basket size.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions and competitor offerings.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately following company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with management.
• Adhere to personal grooming standards to represent the brand professionally.
