Retail Salesman – Jewellery

About the role

Jewel Box, a jewellery retailer in Multan, is looking for a results‑driven Salesman to support store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role involves direct interaction with customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs and recommend artificial and silver jewellery.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, arrange displays, restock showcases and ensure accurate pricing.
• Process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and prepare daily sales reports.
• Provide after‑sales support, explain care instructions and manage simple returns and exchanges.
• Keep inventory records up to date, assist with stock counts and report low stock.

Required profile

• Proven retail or sales experience, preferably in jewellery or fashion accessories.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Basic numeracy and cash‑handling accuracy.
• Professional appearance, reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift light packages and handle inventory movements within the store.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems.
