Retail Salesperson – Customer‑focused

About the role

The Salesperson works full‑time on‑site at Diamond Collection’s stores in Dolmen Mall Clifton and The Plaza at II Talwar Clifton. You will greet customers, understand their needs and guide them through product options to ensure a positive buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate products, answer customer questions and process sales transactions.
• Handle returns or exchanges in line with store policies.
• Maintain product displays, manage stock and keep the store tidy and welcoming.
• Collaborate with the team to meet individual and store sales targets while upholding high standards of service.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work weekends or holidays as needed.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience, preferably in fashion, jewelry or luxury goods.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks associated with retail work.

Required skills

• Basic math and cash‑handling accuracy for operating point‑of‑sale systems.
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI and computer tools (preferred).
