About the role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our stores in Karachi and Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience across food, non‑food and fresh categories.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Manage Food (Grocery), Non‑Food, and Fresh categories including butchery, meat, fruits and vegetables.
- Monitor sales performance, set targets and implement actions to achieve them.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock availability and control shrinkage.
- Lead, train and supervise store staff to uphold operational excellence.
- Deliver high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in a retail organization.
- Hands‑on experience managing Food, Non‑Food and Fresh categories.
- Strong leadership, team management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Solid knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and sales performance.
