Revit / Scan-to-BIM Technician (Remote – Pakistan)

About the role

Survey2Plan is seeking Revit technicians to create accurate Scan-to-BIM models for UK projects. The role is fully remote based in Pakistan and requires 1–2 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Model existing buildings in Revit from point cloud data (.rcp / .e57).
• Produce floor plans, elevations and sections to UK survey standards.
• Check model accuracy against the scan (LOD 200–300).
• Collaborate with the UK‑based survey and project team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional Revit modelling experience.
• Scan-to-BIM / point cloud experience (Autodesk ReCap or similar) strongly preferred.
• Good written English for working with UK colleagues.

What we offer

• Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 based on experience.
• Quarterly commission.
• 28 days annual leave + 5 sick leaves.
