About the role
Air Pharmaceuticals is hiring an RSM / Sales Manager North based in Peshawar to lead the KPK North sales team, covering Peshawar, Mardan, Timergara, Mingora and D.I. Khan. The salary is described as market competitive.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales targets
- Manage and coach Medical Sales Representatives
- Plan doctor coverage and field work
- Build relationships with key doctors, distributors and pharmacies
- Report market intelligence
Required profile
- Graduate degree (Pharm-D, B.Sc or MBA preferred)
- Proven pharmaceutical sales management experience in the North / KPK region
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across the region
