About the role

The Sales Admin Executive provides the operational backbone for the Account Management team in the BDaaS division. By handling all administrative, email and follow‑up tasks, the role frees Account Managers to focus entirely on client conversations and pipeline development.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and triage inbound emails across Account Manager inboxes, draft routine responses and flag urgent messages.
  • Set up, track and execute client and prospect follow‑up sequences, maintaining a structured calendar and sending check‑ins, proposal follow‑ups and post‑call summaries.
  • Maintain accurate records in Pipedrive CRM, logging communications, updating deal stages and generating weekly pipeline reports.
  • Coordinate client meetings, prepare pre‑call briefs and manage meeting confirmations, reschedules and cancellations.
  • Prepare and format proposals, presentations and client‑facing documents; organise shared filing systems for contracts and correspondence.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks to keep Account Managers client‑focused.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator or executive‑assistant role, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Excellent written English with a professional, concise tone.
  • Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities without prompting.
  • Proactive communication style and ownership mindset.

Required skills

  • Pipedrive CRM administration.
