About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Agents to join our team in Karachi, promoting US Internet Reselling Services. This night‑shift position involves converting inbound inquiries into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targets.
- Stay up‑to‑date with our product portfolio and service offerings.
Required profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience in telecommunications services (US Internet Reselling) or call‑center sales.
- Strong communication and sales abilities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and present effective solutions.
