Sales Agent (Telesales) – Banking

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Agent to join our banking telesales team. The role focuses on generating leads, acquiring new customers, and promoting financial products through phone outreach. You will work remotely while supporting an international banking campaign.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads via phone calls.
• Promote banking and financial products to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Follow up on leads, convert prospects into sales, and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain professional communication and accurate records of interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales or telesales experience.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, goal‑focused environment.
• Preferably experience in banking or financial sales.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Confident phone etiquette and customer handling.
