Sales Agent – US Construction Estimation Services

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to turn qualified leads into clients for our US construction estimation services. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales opportunities, understanding client needs, and closing deals with contractors, builders, and construction firms based in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads provided by Business Development and Lead Generation teams.
- Conduct discovery calls with US‑based contractors, builders, and construction firms.
- Understand client requirements for construction estimation and takeoff services.
- Present service offerings clearly and professionally.
- Prepare customized proposals in coordination with estimators and project teams.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
- Maintain strong follow‑ups to convert warm leads into paying clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update CRM with accurate information on leads, deals, and communications.
- Coordinate with the estimation team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Closer or Sales Executive, preferably in B2B services.
- Experience in construction estimation, takeoff, or the US construction industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with English proficiency.
- Ability to understand technical construction‑related services.
- Confidence in handling US‑based clients.
- Target‑oriented and self‑motivated personality.
