Sales Assistant – Renewable Energy Solutions

About the role

RCO Engineering Private Limited is seeking a Sales Assistant to drive the growth of its renewable energy solutions in Karachi. The role focuses on promoting on‑grid, off‑grid and hybrid solar systems to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar market.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and present customized sales proposals and energy solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation and client relationship management.
• Understanding of solar energy systems – on‑grid, off‑grid and hybrid.
• Strong analytical skills for market research and trend analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Prior experience in the energy or renewable‑energy sector is an advantage.
• Result‑oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
