Sales Associate - Retail Kiosk Network Development

About the role

p2pay is looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Associate to expand its retail kiosk network in Lahore. You will identify prime installation locations, onboard retail partners and grow the company's footprint in your assigned areas. The role suits someone with strong field sales experience, negotiation skills and the ability to run go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the retail channel network by acquiring new retailers.
• Increase footprint and penetration in assigned territories.
• Ensure smooth installation and activation of terminals at approved locations.
• Acquire and onboard new retailers in assigned territories.
• Manage retailer agreements and documentation such as site surveys, consent forms and delivery documents.
• Maintain healthy retailer relationships to ensure network stability.
• Monitor and report network performance, issues and maintenance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, a diploma, certification or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in field sales, retail acquisition or channel development.
• Experience in fintech, payments or retail network expansion is preferred.
