About the role
BedKeys connects hotel operations, from front desk and housekeeping to restaurant, accounts and AI tools. It is looking for someone with hospitality experience who understands hotel operations and can talk confidently with hotel owners and managers. The position is fully remote and based in Pakistan.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, email and social media.
- Understand each hotel's needs and explain what BedKeys offers.
- Schedule demos, send reminders and follow up afterwards.
- Maintain a lead tracker so no enquiry goes unanswered.
Required profile
- Previous hospitality experience is required.
- Clear spoken and written Urdu and English.
- Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Hotel software or sales experience is a plus.
