About the role

Medialinks is seeking an experienced Sales Closer to join its Lahore office. The role focuses on building trust with prospects, handling objections, and converting enquiries into paying customers over the phone.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Speak confidently with potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Present company services in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, call center sales, or sales closing.
  • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals over the phone.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented.
  • Ability to work from the Lahore office full‑time.
