Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in our property portfolio, guiding them from initial inquiry through to final purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property units.
• Provide thorough briefings on relevant properties and conduct detailed demonstrations.
• Arrange and lead site visits, ensuring a professional experience.
• Drive timely closure of deals while maintaining high service standards.
• Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and maintain strong relationships.

Required profile

• Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sales and a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
• Alignment with core company values.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication skills.
