Sales Development Representative (Business Development)

About the role

MicroAgility APAC, a digital transformation company active since 2015 in the Asia & Pacific region, is hiring a Business Development Executive / Sales Development Representative in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad. The role is full-time and onsite, working 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and focuses on connecting with clients, uncovering their needs and showcasing the company's solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships by listening to clients' challenges and offering solutions that drive their success.
• Engage prospects through cold calls and tailored emails to decision-makers, using platforms such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
• Generate leads, negotiate deals and exceed sales targets.
• Create marketing content and boost the brand on social media.
• Collaborate with teammates to align sales and marketing strategies.
• Track progress and report on activities to support continuous growth.

Required profile

• 3 to 4 years of experience in full-cycle business development, preferably in services-as-a-solution or similar industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to make cold calls, generate leads and close deals.
• Knowledge of the US and Canadian markets is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management practices.
• Confidence in handling objections and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
