Sales Development Representative & Final Expense Closer (Medical Billing)

About the role

All Medex is expanding its sales team in Rawalpindi and is looking for energetic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Final Expense Closers to promote its medical billing services. The positions are full‑time, night‑shift roles based at the Al‑Madina Business Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for medical billing solutions through phone calls and online outreach.
• Schedule appointments and conduct discovery calls with potential clients.
• Close final‑expense insurance sales by presenting product benefits and handling objections.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

• Good English communication skills.
• Positive, professional attitude with strong work ethic.
• Motivation to learn, perform and grow within a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary: PKR 40,000‑80,000 for SDRs, PKR 80,000‑200,000 for Closers (monthly).
