Sales Development Representative (Night Shift)

About the role

BPO Impact is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to support a US‑based B2B construction services campaign. The role focuses on outbound cold‑calling to generate qualified appointments with decision‑makers in the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US businesses, targeting contractors, builders, and construction companies.
• Introduce services, qualify prospects, handle objections, and book qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.

Required profile

• Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling or lead generation.
• Strong spoken English, professional communication, and confidence speaking with US prospects.
• Ability to handle rejection, stay target‑oriented and work US business hours on‑site in Islamabad.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking leads and activities.
• Effective listening and conversational skills for sales calls.
