Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including startups, digital agencies and tech platforms in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. You will be placed directly with a client as an in-house team member, working in a fully remote sales team. As an SDR you will generate qualified leads, build sales pipelines and drive revenue growth by prospecting outboundly and booking meetings for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
• Identify and qualify potential leads against ideal customer profiles
• Book discovery calls and product demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
• Research target companies and personalise outreach messaging

Required profile

• 1-3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role or similar outbound sales position
• Proven experience in lead generation, cold outreach and appointment setting
• Experience selling SaaS, tech or B2B services is highly preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
