Sales Development Representative – US Market

About the role

Nopex Services is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its outbound sales team. The role focuses on prospecting US‑based clients in the AEC, construction, and real estate sectors, generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective US clients using provided lead lists and sales tools.
• Prospect and identify potential clients within AEC, construction, real estate, and related industries.
• Introduce Nopex Services and communicate the value of its design and cost estimation services.
• Qualify prospects, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation.
• Experience working with US‑based clients is preferred.
• Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.
• Strong prospecting, persuasion, objection‑handling, and communication skills.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
