Sales Employee - Life Insurance

About the role

A full-time, on-site Sales Employee position based in Islamabad, focused on life insurance sales. The role involves identifying potential customers, presenting suitable life insurance products and guiding clients through policy selection and enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and present suitable life insurance products
• Guide clients through policy selection and enrollment
• Meet daily sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on leads
• Provide ongoing customer support
• Collaborate with team members and take part in sales meetings and trainings
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
• Customer service and relationship-building skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for explaining insurance products and processes
• Basic financial literacy and understanding of insurance concepts and pricing
• Ability to work on-site in Islamabad, manage time efficiently and operate with integrity
• Prior experience in sales, financial services or insurance is an advantage but not mandatory
• Relevant education, such as a bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business, finance or a related field
