Sales Executive – Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Sales Executive in Lahore, driving growth for diagnostic imaging and advanced therapy solutions. You will build a robust sales pipeline, manage inbound activities, and collaborate across functions to deliver technically and financially viable proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a business plan by identifying new opportunities and managing existing customer relationships.
• Handle all inbound sales activities, including calls, emails, and offer preparation.
• Manage the full sales cycle, prioritize tasks, and provide accurate forecasting with market transparency.
• Work with pre‑tender teams to create solutions that increase market share.
• Achieve sales targets for CT, MRI, Angiography, Molecular Imaging, and related IT products.
• Interact with clinicians, industry leaders, regulators, and government entities.
• Coordinate proposal preparation with commercial, product, supply‑chain, and project‑management teams.

Required profile

• BSc Engineering or MBA from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with hi‑tech medical equipment.
• Proven ability to work within a successful sales team and meet targets.
• Strong understanding of the Punjab hi‑tech market (public and private sectors).

Required skills

• Experience with CT scanners, MRI systems, Cath Lab equipment, PET‑CT, and angiography devices.
• Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
