Sales Executive – High‑Volume Phone Sales (Lahore)

About the role

As a Sales Executive for Fit by oladoc you will turn trial users of the AI‑powered health and wellness product into paying members. The role is focused on closing sales over the phone and via WhatsApp, handling objections and achieving monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls and WhatsApp messages to trial users each day.
• Build quick rapport, understand each user’s health goals and steer the conversation toward a paid membership.
• Guide interested users to a free consultation with the nutrition team and follow up until they convert.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and close sales confidently.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Log every lead, call and follow‑up accurately in the CRM/tracker.
• Provide real user feedback to the product team.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Confident, persuasive speaker who enjoys spending the day on the phone.
• Comfortable with high daily call volume and back‑to‑back conversations.
• Natural persuader who can handle push‑back, negotiate and ask for the sale.
• Target‑driven and motivated by hitting and beating numbers.
• Fluent in Urdu and English, comfortable speaking in Roman Urdu.
• Disciplined with follow‑ups and maintaining a clean CRM/tracker.
